being great at perspective, being able to visualise what you want to draw, knowing how the object you're trying to draw looks like at any angle, being able to draw ellipses...
Read/Use "How to draw" by Scott Robertson and Thomas Bertling (it's about perspective mostly, highly technical book), "Figure Drawing Design and Invention" by Michael Hampton and "Perspective Made Easy" by Ernest R. Norling. Moderndayjames' videos on Youtube are also helpful
